August 17, 2005 3:32:06 pm Bingo... It's the same white car a third time, 3 minutes after it appeared the first time. Maybe if the guy on the bike hadn't appeared to signal to this car, having it drive by 3 times might have not been as incriminating as it was in this circumstance.
